BY MAIL - DOWNLOAD & PRINT THE ORDER FORM. Orders are accepted using Personal Check, Money Order or Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover ONLY). A 7.5% service fee will be applied to all orders. Mail order form and payment to Revelation Generation Inc., PO Box 2508, Flemington, NJ 08822. Tickets will be mailed 7-10 days after receipt of the order. All tickets will be delivered via the US Postal Service. ALL ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

All orders must be postmarked ON or BEFORE the dates listed to qualify for the price listed in the grid. All phone, online & mail orders are subject to a 7.5% service fee. TICKET TERMS ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE / NO EXCHANGES Revelation Generation, Inc. Will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets The Scheduled date, time and scheduled performers, artists and speakers for this event are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be given for cancelled artists or speakers. Revelation Generation, Inc. Reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language. Such refusal or ejection is without refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price. No unauthorized recording of the event is allowed. Ticketholder acknowledges that the event may be recorded, broadcasted or otherwise publicized by Revelation Generation, Inc. and its authorized agents and grants permission to utilize ticketholder's image and/or likeness. If cancellation of the event becomes necessary because of inclement weather or emergency situation, this ticket will be exchanged for a ticket to the following year's event. But the purchase price will NOT be refunded. If the event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of God (i.e. rain, earthquake, flood, war, terrorism, etc), strike or lockout, Revelation Generation, Inc. will provide a refund of the face value of the ticket minus a 10% handling fee. Any shipping charges are not refundable. Tickets for cancelled events must be returned to Revelation Generation, Inc. within 14 days of the announcement of the cancellation or a refund will not be granted. Revelation Generation, Inc. is not responsible for monies lost due to hotel, airfare, car rental, babysitting, etc. because of the postponement or cancellation of the event.  |
